In this design, which we have undertaken a 6+1 room capacity villa project in Demirciköy district of Istanbul, for our family, who reflects their traditional classical style at every stage of their lives. Since our family is traditionally unique, we have gathered luxurious, bold and flashy architectural design that they were eager to have within their home and lifestyle.

We have designed the most suitable living areas in every square meter of the villa taking into account the crowded and hospitable qualities of our family. Seating areas that will accompany the crowded, sincere and abundant dinings of our family are meticulously located on the entrance, ground and garden floors of the villa.

Our villa has entrance hall, living room, kitchen and winter garden on the entrance hall. Whereas the guest bedroom, bathroom, laundry room are located on the ground floor. Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, one bedroom for a young adult, guest bedroom, maid‘s room and a bathroom are located on the first floor respectively. In the garden, we have designed a landscaping which is inspired by the green nature enclosuring the villa and a indoor parking area for the maintenance of luxury cars of the owner during cold and harsh seasons.
